Description:

Get an introduction to racing and competitive sailing! A chance to put your new sailing skills to use and give the competitive side of sailing a try in a fun, relaxed environment. If you discover that racing is for you, there are many opportunities to go further including the Mobility Cup - an international regatta for sailors with a disability - held at the end of each summer, and the 2009 Canada Summer Games will, for the first time, have a sailing event for disabled people.
